For the second year in a row, Professor John Womack won Best of Show award at the 2006 Member Show Awards presented by the Oklahoma Watercolor Association. This year’s winning painting is entitled “Remnants”. In addition to the Best of Show award, John was also awarded the People’s Choice award for his painting entitled “Will Build to Suit”.

Sixty paintings were entered in the competition which spanned over a three month period where the paintings were exhibited in a progressive show hosted by public libraries in Norman, Midwest City and Edmond. John shares his artistic talents by periodically conducting watercolor workshops for architecture students.
